Fitness Self Discovery
One of the hurdles for Life Time members trying to experience the full range of programs and services available to them is simply knowing they exist. The Life Time Training / Core 3 iPad project put hundreds of pages of information normally available only through one-to-one conversations with a fitness professional would now be available at the touch of an iPad.
BUILDING A SOLID FOUNDATOIN
A great experience starts with a great foundation. Myself and others worked closely on research, testing and UX. Wireframing multiple iterations and utilizing the latest in interactive prototyping tools we tested with real members in the field.
A VISUAL HOMEPAGE
The interactive training kiosk homepage features an easy to navigate tiled approach. Important, most accessed pages are prominently placed while several featured programs and products change out on a weekly basis to make the page feel new each time.
FIND A PROGRAM SEARCH
One of the most used features by new users was our logic, step-based Find a Program search. After answering two simple questions users are given a custom list of fitness programs to explore based on their search criteria.
INDIVIDUAL PRODUCT PAGES
Life Time sells the latest in fitness technology as well as their own private line of nutritionals and health assessments. All of which are at the users fingertips in an easy to navigate grid. Allowing them to learn the pros and cons while finding what will work best for them.
FIND THE RIGHT PERSONAL TRAINER
Often times personal trainers and clients are a bad match. Wether because of coaching style and expertise or not clearly understanding your goals. The interactive training kiosk gives potential clients an opportunity to find the right trainer for them by viewing the bios, specialties, philosophies and rates of all the trainers working at that location.
CONTACT A TRAINER DIRECTLY
Once a user has found the right trainer for them they’re able to fill out a simple form and schedule an appointment with that trainer directly.
